LCCA is used for all high value >$200k purchases of capital, as this threshold dictates the involvement of procurement category manager professionals, who are qualified in LCCA. This is stated in the University Procurement Plan, which is not publicly available.

• Initiatives in place to improve efficiencies in delivery, such as reduced travel distances and/or frequency of travel associated with distribution of goods, or transport logistics software that incorporates sustainability considerations.
