In December of 2020, Frey Residence Hall (formerly Tommie East Residence Hall) received a platinum certification under the LEED v4 new construction rating system for midrise multifamily buildings.
In September of 2021, Tommie North Residence Hall received a silver certification under the LEED BD+C v4.
The Schoenecker Center, which will open in 2024 and be home to STEAM education on campus, is being constructed to meet LEED certification upon completion. The Schoenecker is not included in this report because construction will not be complete at the time of submission.
