A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

The University does a pulse survey each year to gauge employee satisfaction. We send an anonymous, short pulse survey through Qualtrics to all faculty & staff. It collects qualitative and quantitative data about employee satisfaction and gives the opportunity for employees to share ideas and suggestions with University leadership.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

Findings are presented to the President's Cabinet as well as to individual departments to highlight specific issues raised in the surveys. We also hold a public forum for all staff & faculty to attend where we present findings and answer questions.
