The University of St. Thomas opened two new residence halls in the Fall of 2020.
In December of 2020, Tommie East Residence Hall received a platinum certification under the LEED v4 new construction rating system for midrise multifamily buildings.
Tommie North Residence Hall was designed and constructed to meet LEED BD+C v4 silver. Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council is pending.
