The university does a Pulse survey each year to gauge employee satisfaction. Three years ago, the university did the Noel-Levitz College Employee Satisfaction Survey to gather more robust data.

Findings are presented to the cabinet as well as to individual departments to highlight specific issues raised in the surveys.
