The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) staff oversaw the launch of a climate survey in the spring of 2013. This survey was developed in-house with IE staff working closely with the St. Thomas community to develop questions in which actionable steps may be taken to address strengths and weaknesses revealed through the analysis.
