The Office of Sustainability Initiatives (OSI) distributed an on-line Qualtrics survey through an all-faculty email, and followed up with encouragement through our unit faculty champions and a link on the OSI website. The survey inquired about name, department, description, and reference for scholarly work since Spring 2015. For this submission we included all tenured and tenure-track faculty.
