USF's Global Citizens Project is a university-wide initiative aimed at enhancing undergraduate students' global competencies through the
development of new and improved curricular and co-curricular experiences. The project offers faculty development opportunities in order
to incorporate global issues, including sustainability, into existing courses and pathways. Global Pathways are undergraduate major or
degree programs that have significant global content. .

A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:
Faculty members receive $1400 for their participation in a faculty learning community dedicated to "globalizing" an undergraduate
course. Faculty members who choose to lead the development of a Global Pathway (major or degree program with significant global
content) receive $2000. The UN Sustainable Development Goals are used as a framework for course and pathway development.
