The Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity is comprised of 11 staff who promote diversity and inclusion, the staff works to promote faculty diversity, diversity of students, educational and training opportunities, as well promoting a safe and welcoming campus where we prohibit harassment, including sexual harassment, discrimination. The office has protocols and processes to report and handle incidents or complaints. The office also handles sexual harassment complaints and provides for the prevention and education monitor the campus for safety.

The Diversity and Equal Opportunity Office invites University personnel to register for Diversity Education Seminars with no fee. Participants can register online with Talent Management and seminars can be scheduled for specific departments upon request.

DEO offers the following FREE workshops to faculty and students through Talent Management (HR).
