Champion's Choice dining hall uses Eco-Friendly PlatewiseTM dinnerware that is made of natural bamboo and is also biodegradable and free of melamine. USF dining halls also offer a returnable, reusable to-go box to students, faculty and staff. These containers are purchased with a $4 refundable deposit. When the guest returns for their next to go meal, they can return the used container and receive a clean one for no charge or return their container for the $4 refundable deposit. If the guest wishes to just swap the container out for a clean one but not eat in or take out they can do so.
