A brief description of the institution’s programs that help increase the diversity of higher education faculty :

The USF Graduate Student Success Diversity Fellowship supports academically talented domestic students who contribute diversity in USF graduate programs. This includes Individuals who have been historically underrepresented in specific disciplines along the dimensions of ethnicity and gender. Particular consideration is given to academically talented, newly enrolled, first-generation, multi-lingual students (particularly English & Spanish speaking), who demonstrate financial need and have overcome considerable obstacles and financial hardships in the pursuit of their post-secondary educational goals.
