A brief description of the vegan dining program:
In 2009 USF was nominated by Peta2 as the #5 Most Vegetarian Friendly School in the U.S. In 2010 we were recognized as one of the most Vegan-friendly schools in the U.S by Peta2. We have Vegetarian stations at each of our three dining halls and offer a brochure online and at our locations that details all of our vegetarian and vegan options.
