A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome :
USF Academic Affairs and the USF Foundation have created a full time permanent line for a Senior Director of Development for Academic Initiatives, with a focus on global sustainability. Reporting to the Sr. Associate Vice President of Advancement and the Provost, the successful candidate will identify, cultivate and solicit prospects and close private, major gifts on behalf of the university to increase charitable revenue for cross-cutting strategic priorities, programs, scholarships and to advance the university’s mission and goals. The strategic priority identified for this position is global sustainability.
