Basic Outdoor Leadership Training (BOLT): Backpacking - The BOLT backpacking course is an intensive learning experience that is perfect for beginners and advanced backpackers alike. This training teaches the essentials of leading people in the backcountry including navigation, group dynamics, back country cooking, fire building, Leave No Trace, backcountry travel techniques, and more.
