Our University Student Center, Science & Technology building, and our new College of Business building are all LEED Gold certified but not under O+M rather BD+C. However, it is important to note that we are in the process of applying a LEED O+M project to our biology labs we are renovating and looking at implementing this for several of our buildings including the LEED Gold buildings. Also, we are in the process of getting several Facilities Services employees to get certified through the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (Envision Sustainability Professionals) so we may use their rating system for future infrastructure projects on campus.

Although I've attached a copy of our green cleaning policy for the new College of Business building, this policy has been adopted and broadened to include all of the campus buildings serviced by our custodial and maintenance crew (our residence halls are serviced by a third party cleaning company who do not adhere to these standards).
