A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
During employee orientation, new employees are briefed through a presentation about the five core values of the University. One of those core values is sustainability so employees are made aware that stewardship is a component to working at the institution. Furthermore, administrators with positions in Facilities, Student Affairs, or Vice Chancellor positions are made more aware of sustainability initiatives and how their roles fit into this subject.
However, it should be important to note that apart from a brief mention of sustainability, most new employees are not thoroughly educated on sustainability surrounding this campus and are not aware of how this affects their position.
