Institution conducts a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback at least once every five years to measure employee satisfaction. The survey or equivalent may be conducted institution-wide or may be done by individual departments as long as all departments are covered by a survey. The institution has a mechanism in place to address issues raised by the evaluation.
This credit applies to all institutions.
Institutions earn 2 points for meeting the criteria outlined above. Partial points are not available for this credit.
