This baseline is the baseline USC is utliizing for this year's AASHE STARS submission.

We have tried to identify trends with our injury data such as; groups or departments with high frequency and severity of injures. Based on trends we worked with groups and departments to improve training, inspections, and culture changes. Also, we provide them with information related to their trends and WC cost.
