The Purchasing Department of the University of South Carolina is committed to the support and involvement of minority business vendors in our procurement process and contract awards. Over the past decade, USC has historically been a leader in supporting various minority business events. The Purchasing Department is committed to developing successful relationships with small, minority, and women-owned businesses.
