This program is designed by the Office of Sustainability to help colleges, schools, programs, and auxiliary services offices to develop and meet their sustainability goals.

A brief description of the formal training that the employee educators receive (1st program):
The team members in each college, school, program, or auxiliary services office will meet on a regular basis to discuss sustainability in their departments. That information is then brought back to their various subdivisions and management groups. A liaison from the Office of Sustainability is also available at those teams to facilitate dialogue, to provide technical assistance and training, and to instruct team members on sustainability goals and actions as related to that department.

Team members are encourage to find funding throughout their operating budgets to successfully administer sustainability programs. Grants are often pursued as well. They are given staff support through the Office of Sustainability.
