A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
The HR Department conducts both an employee suggestion program and an exit interview program to capture overall employee satisfaction. These results are analyzed each year and relative changes are administered to keep satisfaction high. Also, when new buildings are designed on campus, employee satisfaction is measured to determine how the new building design has effected working efficiencies.
