The University's Diversity Task Force conducts a campus-wide assessment of diversity and equity every two years. This assessment collects inputs from students, faculty, and staff, as well as community leaders, on the diversity and equity issues. This information is then collected and analyzed for the Strategic Plan for Diversity.

As mentioned above, the information from the assessment is collected and analyzed for the Strategic Plan for Diversity. The strategic plan lists recommendations for the campus to improve the diversity and equity initiatives already in progress as well as long term strategic plans in the areas of diversity and equity.
