A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting:
As a follow-up to a previous Transportation Demand Management Plan and 2019's Modal Split Survey, the university conducted a transportation survey among staff, students and faculty in October 2022 through an online survey available to all campus users. The modal split accounted for cycling, transit (including park and ride), walking, carpooling or van-pooling, motorcycling, and driving in a single occupancy vehicle. Students and staff & faculty were evaluated separately.
