The U of S sustainability website includes pages on "About Us", "Initiatives and Events", "Get Involved", "Being Sustainable", "Footprint", "Study and Development", "Research", and "News". The website is also where you will find University of Saskatchewan sustainability publications on projects, reports and plans, as well as on topics such as energy, climate, water, culture, economics, lifestyles, technology.

Work Green Champions receive monthly tips, resources, and activities related to a sustainability topic of the month. Sustainability events, new articles and tips are shared online.
Student groups and Green Pack volunteers receive an on-line newsletter which extends information on initiatives, events, and volunteer opportunities to the student population.

Our facebook, twitter accounts and blog are social networking platforms that make it easy for students, faculty, staff, alumni and other members of the University community to connect and share information on campus sustainability events and achievements.

Our Sustainability Living Lab uses the campus and the community as a laboratory for teaching and research to explore all the dimensions of sustainability (environmental, societal and economic) as well as to develop actionable solutions to make the campus and the community more sustainable. Projects are posted on the sustainability website.

A standard sign draws attention to the features through the use of a consistent visual identity and a brief (one or two sentences) description. The categories of signage are based on LEED categories. This initiative started with the construction of our first LEED building, the College of Law Addition. The signage that was developed for that project is now incrementally being expanded to other sustainable operational initiatives throughout campus.

Marquis Hall, our main cafeteria, uses signage to identify locally grown and other sustainable food and menu items. This information is also included on plasma screens. The catering menu also identifies local and sustainable items. As the website is updated, more of this information will also be included there.

The Campus Sustainability Tour allows students, staff, faculty and University community members to view campus sustainability initiatives and projects (Prairie Habitat Gardens, Green Buildings, Recycling Centre, etc.) either by foot or bike. The tour can be done all at once or a few locations at a time. A map of all the locations of our sustainability features and initiatives is provided on our website. In addition, a guided tour highlighting our sustainability sites is offered by the Diefenbaker Centre, which often offers the tour on Earth Day.

The Parking and Transportation Services website contains an on-line guide that includes information on the U of S car share, carpooling, secure bicycle parking options and the employee Ecopass. The Office of Sustainability hosts a page on its own website that offers information to cyclists and active transportation users.
The Office also works closely with Parking and Transportation Services and Protective Services to offer cycling information around campus and to provide a safe and secure atmosphere for cyclists. A bike services map, bicycle safety tips and rules and bylaws related to bicycles are provided in hard copies and can be found on U of S website: http://www.usask.ca/protectiveservices/safety/bicycle-safety.php

Dany Bleeds Green Videos provide humorous information on how to make small sustainable changes in our daily lives at school, work, and home and in our communities. They are available on our website and are disseminated through other means (plasma screens, movie screenings, facebook) as appropriate.
The Office of Sustainability's Work Green program extends sustainability information and resources to workplaces around campus through the designation of Workplace Champions.
