Cultural Co-ordinator, Office of First Nations and Métis Engagement
The Office of First Nations and Métis Engagement has a Cultural Co-ordinator who works with both students and university leaders to help the campus become a more culturally vibrant and responsive environment.

Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Human Resources Division
The Diversity and Inclusion Consultant provides leaders with expertise related to diversity and inclusion to ensure that leaders are successful in developing and implementing diversity plans and contributing to the creation of an inclusive university community. This includes integrating and engaging with other units and fostering work environments that enable diversity and inclusion. The Diversity and Inclusion Consultant reports to the Director responsible for recruitment and development initiatives within Human Resources.

Indigenous Voices Program
The Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching Effectiveness supports a variety of faculty and curriculum development initiatives related to decolonizing and Indigenizing education. The 2014-2015 Indigenous Voices program aims to raise awareness of Aboriginal history, culture and contemporary issues, and decolonization. The program includes Ceremony, extended learning opportunities through wāskamisiwin seminars (Plains Cree for "the act of becoming more aware"), a public talk, a conference and support to decolonize and Indigenize curricula. http://www.usask.ca/indigenousvoices/

Aboriginal Achievement Week
Each year in March, the University of Saskatchewan hosts Aboriginal Achievement Week to celebrate Aboriginal accomplishments, reflect on traditions and ceremonies, and connect with the community. As part of 2014 Aboriginal Achievement Week, the university hosted the first of a two-part Aboriginal Symposium on Aboriginal Engagement.

College of Education Aboriginal Awareness
The College of Education has developed an initiative to provide professional development to everyone in the college — faculty, researchers and staff — in order to build on their awareness of Aboriginal culture and knowledge.
