Does the institution provide secure bicycle storage (not including office space), shower facilities, and lockers for bicycle commuters?:
Yes

A brief description of the facilities for bicycle commuters:

We offer three types of secure bike storage. Pricing is the same for all of these options.

Bike Lockers - http://www.usask.ca/parking/sustainability/bicycle-lockers.php
There are 19 bike lockers located at various locations throughout campus. This seems to be the preferred option by bicycle commuters.

Health Sciences bike cage: A secure bike cage with card access is located in the Health Sciences Parkade that will accommodate about 75 bikes with room for expansion. Access to the showers is included.

Agriculture Parkade secure bike rack: The Agriculture Parkade has 10 bike racks which include video surveillance and a secure locking system.

Both the Graduate and undergraduate residents have bicycle storage at their basements. There are also public shower facilities suitable for bicycle commuters at the Physical Activity Complex (PAC), the Education Building and the Law Building.

Does the institution provide short-term bicycle parking (e.g. racks) within 50 ft (15 m) of all occupied, non-residential buildings and make long-term bicycle storage available within 330 ft (100 m) of all residence halls (if applicable)?:
Yes

A brief description of the bicycle parking and storage facilities:

There are bike racks outside all residence halls that are free of charge. Four newly constructed residence buildings have bicycle storage in the basement. Ag Parkade has 10 individual wall mount lockable racks. Health Science has bike racks in a locked room space for an estimate of seventy five bikes. There are 19 bike lockers located at various locations throughout campus.

Does the institution have a “complete streets” or bicycle accommodation policy (or adhere to a local community policy) and/or have a continuous network of dedicated bicycle and pedestrian paths and lanes?:
Yes

A brief description of the bicycle/pedestrian policy and/or network:

The University Traffic Bylaw Section 4 has to do with bicycle accommodation on the property of the university. The University permits cycling on all pathways, with guidelines as noted in the bylaw. Pathways are well connected within the campus and to certain extent to city bike paths leading to campus. Although some streets adjacent to campus are challenging for cyclists, once on campus cycling is safe and efficient. http://www.usask.ca/parking/bylaws_policies/parking-bylaws.php
