The annual Employee Opinion Survey includes a section on equity and diversity. The annual undergraduate student satisfaction survey yields information on diversity. At this time, graduate students are not surveyed. An annual campus climate survey that would include the entire student body is being considered.

A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
Results of the employee survey are analyzed to create unit reports to enable survey feedback to inform unit leaders’ decision-making. Unit leaders are encouraged to use the data to develop solutions to address problems that are identified by their staff. Similarly, the results of the student survey inform the programs and policies across campus.
