Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
Yes

A brief description of how printing is limited:

Free printing is not provided for students in computer labs and libraries.

Student printing is controlled through a central print account system (CPAS) for all computer labs. For some colleges, fees paid along with tuition fund a small number of "free" pages, however all pages are paid for.

In addition, printing is available to students in the library for some library resources, but is charged on a per-page basis outside of CPAS.
