The lowest wage employee is paid $13.26/hr + benefit burden 35.65% = $17.99/ hr which is lower than $20.01.
The total compensation figure includes base salary, overtime, health & welfare benefits (includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance), paid time off (includes paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays), retirement - employer contribution to the 403(b) retirement plan = 12% of wages, tuition remission
