A Labor Code agreement is required for all USD licensees. The current Labor Code addendum is attached: “Labor Code Agreement Brand Manager 360_current.pdf”

In 2020, the Labor Code document will be incorporated into the main USD Licensee agreement, rather than as a separate item. The new agreement is attached: “CLC Licensee Agreement 2020.pdf”. (Labor Code content is in section 14).
