Narrative outlining the data collection process used in the preparation of this report:
For this report, a committee called Reach for the STARS was created. The committee included 8 members, who were each responsible to field answers for specific questions based on their area of expertise. A steering committee formed a structure to complete data collection, led the data collection process, assisted with questions/issues as needed, and ensured the group stayed on the timeline to meet the submission deadline.
A second goal of the committee was to identify areas of improvement that could be potentially made before the next submittal.
