Use of fertilizers and pesticides varies by year according to specific need. Fertilizers are currently approximately 70% organic, and fungicides are used only as necessary, with minimal use on established trees - including the use of phosphonate fungicide treatment for oak trees to control phytophthora, and phosphonate fungicide treatment on beech trees for bleeding canker.
