The University participates in the GameDay Football Challenge.
In the 2024 copeition, UR reached a waste diversion rate of 80%, with the following:
- Total Landfill Waste: 42 pounds
- Total Recycled: 112 pounds
- Total Organics: 57 pounds
- Total Diverted: 169 pounds (organics and recyclables)
