Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
This data was collected mostly by Central Utilities and Energy Management and Support Operations. Refrigerants and Chemicals data was based on an average of previous data from our last verified report.
Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
No
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:
---
Documentation to support the GHG inventory verification process:

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
To quantify its emissions, the University tracks fuel consumption (#2 diesel, natural gas) and uses publicly available emission factors provided by the US EPA in AP-42: Compilation of Air Emission Factors for estimating its emissions, with the exception of empirical data collected during routine stack testing (once during a 5-year permit term) for Oxides of Nitrogen, and Sulfur Dioxide for Boilers 9 and 10. Emissions from other non-criteria pollutants are tracked through purchasing records and mass balance calculations. The fiscal year 2021 was used.
