Yes

A copy or brief description of the institution’s written policy stating its commitment to a living wage:

The living wage methodology used by the UR closely aligns with the City of Rochester Living Wage Ordinance (adopted in 2001). For July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019, the living wage is $12.09/hour for employees where health insurance is offered that work at least 20 hours/week (equates to full-time and part-time employees with at least two years of service at the University); this amount is indexed annually to the CPI-U. At this time, 100% of the UR full and part-time population with at least two years of service is at or above the City of Rochester Living Wage Ordinance. (NYS Minimum Wage is currently $10.40, increasing to $11.10 on December 31)
