We have a $15.00/hour minimum wage for our lowest paid employees.  Prorated vacation, sick and personal leaves.  University retirement contributions hours worked over 1,000 in one year.  Non-credit tuition remission for employees.  With fringe, the total compensation of our lowest paid employee is $20.10/hour.
