A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

In 2010, 2015 and 2018, we participated in the Great Colleges to Work For. In 2021, we administered the Higher Education Resource Institute (HERI) surveys to students (diverse learners survey), staff, and faculty to continue to assess UR’s overall campus climate.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

Initial data was presented to the President’s Cabinet (senior leadership team). After completed HERI results are released, senior leaders will analyze results, establish any needed actions, and share with the campus community.
