Each new construction or major renovation project develops a construction waste diversion plan with the goal of diverting at least 75%. Since all of our construction debris is handled by a single source contractor, through the construction administrator (aka general contractor) on larger jobs management of construction waste has been very successful with projects averaging better than 90% diversion.
