A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting, including the timeframe for when the analysis was conducted and how a representative sample was reached, if applicable:

In the fall of 2017, Transportation Services and the Office for Sustainability sent a survey to faculty, staff, and student commuters. More than 500 people responded to the survey. The data was entered into SIMAP and used to track our GHGs. From there we were able to get the information needed to complete this credit.
