A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:

CO2 monitors are used in several campus buildings. A work order form for the campus is always available for occupants to submit complaints. When the CO2 monitors sense an elevated level of CO2 in the space, an alarm is sent to the Building Automation System (BAS) to alert the controls manager that additional ventilation is required. He then makes adjustments to provide additional ventilation. In some buildings, the BAS automatically opens the outside air damper until the CO2 levels fall within the accepted range.
