A brief description of how the institution ensures compliance with green building design and construction guidelines and policies:

Since our intuition signed the ACUPCC, all of our new construction is required to be designed to meet the LEED Silver standards. As such, we register all of our new construction projects with the USGBC and apply for LEED Silver certification or greater once the construction is completed. LEED is first discussed for each project during the design phase and the focus remains through implementation and documentation.
