The University has a number of positions that work directly and indirectly on diversity, equity and inclusion. We have a Aboriginal and Diversity Consultant that works on ensuring the University has a representative workforce. We have an Employment Equity Consultative Committee that has membership for all four unions and management and is charged with developing an annual Employment Equity Plan. The Aboriginal and Diversity Consultant provides support to this committee. We have an Executive Lead, Indigenization who works to Indigenize the campus. We have an Aboriginal Student Centre that provides support to our Aboriginal Students. We have a Student Disability Office which supports students with disabilities.
