Name or title of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
Green Caffeen

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
UQ Unwrapped launched its ‘Choose to Reuse’ campaign with the main element being the introduction of Green Caffeen, a reusable cup network on the St Lucia Campus. All coffee outlets on campus are participating in the program with the exception of smaller outlets that do not have washing-up facilities. In the first 3 months over 8000 coffees have been served in Green Caffeen cups at UQ. Green Caffeen’s reusable cup scheme makes using a reusable cup a simple choice for coffee drinkers. Students and staff simply need to download the Green Caffeen app and sign up at no cost, they can then get a Green Caffeen reusable cup from a participating café. Consumers then return the cup to any Green Caffeen café, an as long as it is returned within 30 days, it is completely free to use.
