A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Employee orientation includes an online sustainability training module as well as a specialised module for laboratory staff. This requires a staff login to access, however information on the program can is online

A face-to-face orientation is held each semester which includes a staff address from the Vice Chancellor and the University's senior executive which discusses sustainability at UQ and an opportunity to chat one-on-one with sustainability experts on the University's programs. Reusable coffee cups, water bottles and the like are provided to new staff at the orientation.
