UQ's Green Office Program is a network of Representatives across campus that act as ambassadors for sustainability. The program includes:
- training
- surveys to measure environmental performance
- regular seminars
- newsletters
- a wealth of resource digital posters and fact sheets
- networking opportunities
- Annual reporting

The program commenced in 2005 and has grown to cover over 90% of University areas.

Details on the program can be found online, including links to resource posters, the survey tool, newsletters and annual reports

A detailed survey is completed upon joining the program and at regular intervals (annually or at a timeframe appropriate to the specific area) to measure sustainability performance and monitor improvements over time. A key feature is to use the survey data to celebrate successes and strong sustainability performance and also to inform planning for future sustainability initiatives targeted to specific areas for improvements.
