A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
The university participates in the Unum Work Life Balance Employee Assistance program. This program provides information on childcare and/or eldercare referrals, personal relationship information, health information and online tools, legal consultation with licensed attorneys, financial planning assistance, stress management, and career development. All of this is accessible either through telephone consultations, face-to-face meetings with local consultants, and educational materials that are downloadable online.
