Does the institution use frying oil that does not include trans-fats and seek to avoid foods that include trans-fats in its dining operations?:
Yes

A brief description of the trans-fats avoidance program, policy, or practice:

Frying oil is Wesson Oil SmartBlend, which has zero grams of trans-fats as certified by the independent
company FryTest.com (their mission statement: ‘We exist solely to provide unbiased information about
the different zero trans fat cooking oils and other zero trans fat products on the market today’).
We avoid trans-fats. Our cooking oils and virtually all of our baked goods are trans-fat free (including
breads, donuts, muffins and cookies).
