Does the institution have a student-run enterprise, such as a cafe, through which students gain sustainable business skills?:
Yes

A brief description of the enterprise:

The university's primary coffee shop, Diversions, is a student-managed café. Managed by a team of four student managers, Diversions has long served Fair Trade coffee, the first university in the northwest to offer Fair Trade coffee exclusively. In 2009 the student management team expanded its sustainability commitment, brokering a contract with a local roaster that provides organic Fair Trade coffee and Swiss-water processed Fair Trade decaffeinated coffee. Diversions Café partners with SAC annually to promote Fair Trade month, as well as offers discounts for patrons bringing reusable mugs or choosing "for-here-use" mugs.
