A brief description of the institution’s featured program, initiative, or accomplishment:
The University of Ottawa, following requests from student groups, created an institution-wide initiative to address its impact on climate change. The plan includes reducing carbon in our investment portfolio, investing $3 Million in a Clean Innovation Research Fund, and reducing the carbon output of the campus.
