The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential and voluntary support service that can help you find solutions to all kinds of challenges related to work, your health or life in general. The program is in place for you and your eligible spouse and any dependent children at no cost to the employee.

The University’s EFAP service provider, offers a wide range of services delivered by highly qualified and experienced professionals. Services are offered in the following areas: short-term professional counselling, family support services, legal and financial support services, nutritional services.
